Just thought of one food my whole family (older members) used to totally love but it would make me sick just looking at it or even smelling it ....... Polish Jellied Pigs Feet

Imagine eating clear garlic flavored Jello with pigs feet mixed in.

Yuck --- i'd rather eat an unwashed baboon's butt

Sauerkraut! I love the stuff! Nobody else in the house can even stand the smell of it, let alone eat it, lol.

My granddaddy Frey loved Braunschweiger on crackers but I think it's nasty. I love me some kraut though especially with bratwurst. And Guldens brown mustard is fantastic!! All my moms people were Germans so I think it goes with the territory.

Sardines with mustard sauce, jalapenos, and crackers. My wife asks me nicely to go outside when I eat them.

Tourtière. Or its more classy sounding English name - "meat pie". Basically ground or shredded pork and mashed potatoes in a pie crust. We usually ate it around Christmas. Typical French-Canadian stuff.

Get the one from Claussen. It doesn't have as strong of an odor to it.

I usually eat it like someone would with chewing tobacco. Just grab a big handful and put in my mouth.

I just made and had the following for dinner...

Canned salmon mixed in a bowl with diced tomatoes, minced onions, chopped cilantro, cut up boiled egg, minced jalapeńo, minced dill pickle, mayonnaise, mustard, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.

Served on white bread, some potato chips on the side...Coke Zero...and my goodness, delicious....
