When I drive through the Golden Gate, you always get a sense of awe and history...and while old...it's still a wonder of engineering. It also had spectacular views from both sides, every angle in fact. I don't drive through it often...maybe once or twice a year...as it connects San Francisco and Marin county, away from Oakland. It really stands out with its famous orange paint.

The Bay Bridge...I drove through that thing for over 20 years from Oakland to San Francisco for both and school everyday...and unlike the Golden Gate...driving through the Bay Bridge feels more like work than fun, it's just more boring to me...it's just a bridge from point A to point B to me...while the Golden Gate is more like a fun trip...a cool weekend outing. Traffic can get pretty horrendous, especially on certain hours.

Both both are definitely great bridges...just different meaning and experiences for me.

As I mentioned before, La Taqueria is awesome...its burrito "dorado" won best burrito in America by foodie site FiveThirtyEight...

America es un gran burrito, a giant tortilla stuffed with dreams. Or so it seems to me, now that I’ve eaten my way across it. Early this year, FiveThirtyEight e…

No rice made or serve here...

Trust me...it's a friggin awesome burrito indeed...

I was thinking the same thing, sign up for your next trip to Frisco with Hector tours.
and be sure to catch a Giants game while your there.

One of my favorite all time police crime dramas, Karl Malden was classic, kind of reminded me of
Gene Hackman's character Popeye Doyle from the French Connection, Frisco in the 70's just classic TV.

My wife and I visited a couple of years ago!
-I recommend taking one of those open-top double-decker bus tours, it only took an hour or two, but it was relaxing and informative.
-if you like chocolate, try to visit Giardelli Square and outlet, yum!
-my wife and I biked across the Golden Gate Bridge and had lunch overlooking the bay in Sausalito. We still talk about it!
                          -try to visit Hector!

                            Ha!

I forgot to mention Bi-Rite Creamery in San Francisco...that ice cream is to die for...

Discover small-batch ice cream made with care and peak-of-season ingredients. Rotating flavors, soft serve, and baked treats await!

Oh Ed, you have to stop at Kimono My House, that's a LEGENDARY Japanese toy store! And take lots of pics (what am I saying, of course you will! ). Oh man, all that food looks awesome too, can I sneak in your luggage and go with?
