I'm a fan of Dwayne Johnson as well. I like the way he never takes himself too seriously.

I think the coolest guy is Ving Rhames. Seems like a solid guy to cover your back (in case of a zombie apocalypse)...

And I have to say I will always be a fan of Stallone. Nice guy, made tons of great movies, and is still doing so. Really liked Escape Plan, Bullet to the Head. I think that the people who make fun of him should be thankful if they ever get 1/10th of his career.

As for people that I used to like, but don't anymore: Bruce Willis. What a pompous azz he's become. And to be honest, who is still looking forward to one of his new movies?

I think for all around nice guy i'd have to pick Michael Strahan.

Not sure if it's just an act but if it is he's the best actor ever.

Can't help but like Kelly and Michael

Sorry, I missed the other post about Johnson playing at Miami.

John Wayne played offensive line at USC.

I always liked Babe Ruth's cameos in "Pride of the Yankees."

LaBron James is getting some nice notices from his role in the Amy Schumer movie "Trainwreck" that opens Friday.
Yeah, but LeBron is hardly likeable...except in Cleveland, lol.

Yeah, and like 5 years ago Cavs fans wanted to tar and feather him, but he escaped to Miami and won
a title, now he's back in Cleveland and all's forgiven, hate to break it to you Cav fans but it's not loyalty

I finally figured out you were asking not about sports or actors, but combination of both.
              Brain malfunction, I guess...

I don't like the man, but he was in some good movies.

Bubba Smith was my favorite. His role as Hightower in the Police Academy movies is classic.
My dad sold him a car when he played for the Baltimore Colts.
