Smelly anarchist protesters that don't understand both sides of the issue

The fact that I HAVE to use the automated checker at wal mart and it never works

        People reading their own poetry

        Kids singing on TV

That all special effects are computer graphics

When people make their girlfriend/boyfriend/spouse speak for them on the phone

        My mailman

        Smug bicyclists

People from small towns in new york state that no longer live there and insist on telling me about life in "the city"

        Hippies

College students with expensive educations that can't function in normal life

People that talk to the TV in public during sporting events (they can't hear you!)

        Driving through Ohio

People whose entire grasp of world events is filtered through the opinion of radio/cable pundits

Top 40 music. Hell, let's make it top 100

People that tell loud, long, boring stories in public.

People that talk to you while talking on their cell phone (esp. bluetooth)

Most flea market vendors (not all trash is another man's treasure)

        Ebay shipping rates

        The weak dollar

The music of the Steve Miller band

        CHUDs

Smell of vaporized teeth--or whatever the heck the dentist does when they drill your teeth.

Not being able to afford some of life's luxuries.

          Underwear that wants to "snuggle."

          Some people in my office.
Those who look outside dream. Those who look within awake.

            Hmmmm....

Everything. Seriously. I'm REAL sick of the world. That's why I write, and draw, and sculpt. It's my way of showing the powers that be that I could have done a better job of things than they have.

Although I have found some songs I like:

-THIS is my theme song: (LOTS of harsh language but it's appropriate)
PMO; Chris Caffrey: CHRIS CAFFERY LYRICS - Faces (2005)

-This USED to be my theme song:
Dr Bogdenbroom; Jethro Tull: Living in The Past

Nice to know I'm not the only one who thinks like this.

I don't know if I "hate" this thread...but, after reading all all the complaints here...
it is indeed, at the least, pretty lame.

                      A few things I hate.....

-Elitists, especially in the music scene. I don't care how many cds you own, or how long you've been around, it doesn't automatically make you and your opinion better than the "noobs" out there.

-People who judge me based on my looks, especially assuming I'm a druggie criminal (getting pulled over after a show at 3 a.m. in Indiana and harassed by cops who insist that I have drugs on me even though I am 100% drug free, just because of how I look, is not fun.)

                      - Gas prices....this is really getting out of control. $4.00 a gallon this summer?? Eek!

                      - People who have to talk at the top of their lungs while on the phone. My roommate does this all the time and it drives me NUTS. He's a great guy but I can be talking to someone, or watching a movie, and suddenly he'll come in and be talking louder than @%#$#! It's a relief when he leaves to tour

                      - People who make fun of me for collecting toys, but spend tons of money on booze and feel that is considered "normal acceptable adult behavior". Those who think I'm somehow less of a man or I'm a weirdo because I don't drink. I have nothing against people who enjoy a nice drink or two when appropriate, but why did it become the standard for adult living, and a measure of one's manhood? If I knew when I was a kid that being an adult would basically entail 90% of other adults working all week and then wanting to just get stinking drunk every weekend at the same stupid bars all the time, I'd never have wanted to grow up! lol

                      - I hate driving. As others have mentioned, you can try to be as safe and smart as possible and yet there's just more and more idiots on the road. The younger drivers today are really bad, it seems. Especially here in South Chicago.

You don't know how lucky you are. Come to the UK, it's $10 + a gallon here.

Oh believe me I know, I've toured Europe twice in the last year and a half! The gas over there is crazy expensive as well. But also I think people in general tend to drive farther distances on a regular basis over here so we use alot of gas. The public transportation in the UK and Europe in general is alot better than it is over here, at least in my opinion.

It's definitely better in Europe than the U.S.

I also think European cities are bicycle and pedestrian friendly. I don't think most Europeans wouldn't think twice about biking or walking 3 or 4 miles to a commuter stop in a cold rain but most American cities are not built for pedestrians and we are just plain lazy. When I see a parent drive their kid from the cul-de-sac to the bus stop which isn't even the length of a football field, that's just plain lazy.

How about parents that use there own kids in commericals even though they have no talent or should be near a tv camera. We have a Radio Shack in town and the owners use their kids and it bugs the heck out of me.

Bicyclists groups- not the individual out for a fun ride, but the big groups. I live out in the woods of TN and those *#$!!%$% like to have their big races on our back country roads. And they not only hog up the whole frickin' road, they'll have folks out blocking traffic to keep their races from being interrupted. I really really really hate those #$%&

People who wear their religions on their sleeves or worse-use it to sell things. I've seen this a lot lately. An example is there's some brake shop around here I've seen commercials for where the owner parades his family out and tells you all about his religion and family values. I'm looking for someone to put brakes on my car effectively and cheaply, not pray over the car and tell me why I'm going to hell.
