My freshman year, I was a baseball jock in the spring, a band geek in the fall (I atleast played the drums, kinda cool). I wasn't big enough or fast enough to play football.
My sophomore and junior year, I was the kid that wore camouflage pants with black t-shirts and listened to strange music.
My senior year, I was the kid that dressed like Miami Vice. I had a job at two stores in the mall called "Merry Go Round" and "DJ's". (same company) I had a killer discount and sported those Z Cavarichi's and Girbaud jeans with shirts like "Bad Boy Club", etc.
I loved my 10 year reunion. I was 6 ft, 190lbs with very little body fat. I run into the guys who played football. They were tiny little punks, shorter than me. No one recognized me (other than my true friends).
When I graduated, I was 5'-9" (maybe 10" on a good day) 165lbs and chubby. I couldn't bench press 120lbs. I was voted the most changed person.Leave a comment:

None of the above- I was one of the largest HS groups, the unknown. Those that don't fall into any of the major catagories.e Probably could ask most of my graduating class of 600 if they remembered me and they'd say "who?". Sure, I had a group of friends. There were about 10 of us that were pretty tight, but all also fell into that unknown category.Leave a comment:

I was all over the spectrum....I had long black hair usually pulled back into a pony tail.Muscle shirts leather jacket, dayton black leather boots and ac/dc blasting from my 76 Camaro.Fight at the drop of a hat I was 5'11" and weighed 235lbs my arms were 18 and 3/4 inches big with a 54 chest and 38 waist.
Lettered in Football as a defensive tackle, drank beer and tequila like it was water missed weeks of school at a time and graduated with a B+ average. No dope but school was boring as hell!!!Party and chase "babes".
So call it whatever you will I'm not sure.I call it good times and even greater memories.
I used to pride myself on being able to hang-out with everybody;stoners, jocks, nerds, loners, white, black,y ellow,purple...I didn't(and still don't)care what or who you were;as long as you were a decent person I'd hang with ya.
Now I'm balder than Bruce Willis and I still have a 54 chest only now it sits at my waistline...Leave a comment:

#1 - graduated 3rd in my class - much like Anthony (toyroom) - Was in all the advanced/honor classes and therefore forced to be around the smart/popular kids at school, but didn't hang around with them socially after school/weekends. Pretty much a loner...Leave a comment:

I was a combo plate of nerd because I loved comic books, electric football, and was pretty good in school (3.0 average); jock because I was on the football team that won state 3 out the four years I was in school, and gear head due to my suh-weet 65 Buick skylark. I guess I was quite loveable in those days Morenci High School, Morenci AZ Class of 1974!Leave a comment:

I have no clue what you'd call what I was
We have a lot of farming around this part of Oregon so there were tons of farm kids, and rednecks. I was a bit of a geek, but mostly hung out with the farm kids and a few of the rednecks. I had a straight C average all through High School, and the only time I did homework was for term papers. I made teachers mad because when they'd hand out lame worksheets to take home and do, I'd toss them in the trash on the way out of class (to me "busy work" crap like that wasn't and isn't worth my time) So there was a bit of the rebel/burnout in me lol ... I was a people person, but really disliked the "in" crowd guys ... but most of the "in" crowd girls were cool and not rude to me. I was able to bring nerds and rednecks together and have them get alongLeave a comment:

I was #1 -- Smart Kid, but at least semi-cool - athletic, went to parties, was in a decent clique; but I didn't have enough money to hang out with the rich-kids.Leave a comment:

Most embarrassing moment in high school...
Skipping out of gym (and getting caught) going across the street (to a truck stop) for begals and coffeeLeave a comment:

Total nerd. Chess club. Debate team. Editor of the Buff Low-Down (our school paper). In a couple of plays. AP English. Terrible at sports. Played D&D. No girlfriends. Oh, I was fat in 9th grade, but grew 6 inches and was a beanpole the rest of the time: worst of both worlds. Wouldn't change a thing, even if I could buy a time machine on ebay.

Close to #1. I made A's and B's in HS and hung around with most crowds like the jocks and nerds. I had friends in most of the groups from ROTC to the drama club to the band to the cheerleaders. Although there were some cheerleaders that made me really nervous
BTW - there were 676 people in my high school graduating class.Leave a comment:
