that is the million dollar question. None of the 1970-80's marvel cartoons have had a proper release stateside. There was a time when I would of bought them all but that ship has sailed.

Another film I was looking for was the pursuit of D.B. Cooper from the early 80's. That one seems to be long forgotten.

I had wanted to see a movie called Deathdream (aka Dead of Night) since I first read about it in The Psychotronic Encyclopedia of Film some 25 years ago. It was made by Bob Clark of A Christmas Story fame, and had a real interesting premise. Lo and behold it was on TCM last month so I stayed up an watched it. Beside the interesting premise there wasn't too much too like about this movie, other than some cool effects by Tom Savini (his first movie I think). The acting was awful, and it moved at a snails pace. Ah well, at least I can mark it off my to do list.
great movie! I thought Andy was creepy as hell.
you didn't even like the ending????
I'm pretty sure I rented it from netflix (dvd, not streaming)
btw, Bob Clark also made Porkys!
        and (the original) Black Christmas.

It was decent. The make-up and effects were cool, and the lead was an okay actor, but man the rest of them were just so awful.

Black Christmas is still on my must-see list.

It's ripe for a remake, though, especially now.
              That's when I watched it.

I have every John Wayne movie he made, but it seems there are two movies I have never seen
and have never been on TV and cannot find anywhere, Adventures End ( 1937) and the Oregon Trail (1936)
I even contacted his website but never heard back, they must be out of print, but I just wish I knew
the reason for these movies being so impossible to find.

And if anyone had seen the original pilot episode of Lost in Space minus Dr Smith and the Robot
remember at the very end of that episode two alien creatures were watching the Robinson family
on that jungle type planet, I guess they decided not to continue the episode, and remake the episode
to include Smith and the Robot, and drop the aliens, since they were never seen again, even in future
                episodes.

not to mention the 60's Marvel Superheroes. Seems like Avengers-mania would have gotten them out, with Disney and Marvel under the same umbrella.

Oh! And I just remembered another show..Friends. No, not THAT Friends. This was a show that was on ABC for about 4 or 5 eps, on Sundays at 7pm. It starred Jill Whelan (before she was on Love Boat), Jarrod Johnson and Charlie Aiken. Three kids who were....friends.
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."

                            Sectaurs mini series.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I dont remember much,it seams like throughout the show there was a lighted fuse for a bomb going and they kept getting menacing phone calls.
