Which movies/shows have you never been able to track down?

When I was on my Peter Seller's kick I never could find this one. The story goes that off screen Sellers was obsessed with Sophia Loren who was married at that time.

I was only able to see 3 episodes of Tara King on the Avengers. Her episodes are much harder to find than Ms. Peel.

It took me decades to track down Prophecies of Nostradamus (1974), a Toho movie banned in Japan because the story showed us radiation scarred survivors of WWIII.
A topic a bit too sensitive for them, which is understandable, after Hiroshima/Nagasaki.

I saw it as a kid, and never forgot those images.
Oddly enough, it warns about a lot of things that are happening right now. Nice work, Nostradamus!

I finally have a mint (uncut) print now. Only took 40 years...

For many years I have been on the lookout for a movie I saw once on VHS ...

Really cool Lee Majors post apocalyptic car flick. It was released on DVD but there was something technically wrong with the disc so very few copies still exist.

Welp, I finally got tired of looking and donned an eye patch and shoulder mounted parrot and found a copy online ... yeah ... ahhh ... remember what they say about meeting your Legends? What a total pile of sticky crud. One camera in the car with Lee and another in a one set control room. I must have been drunk when I watched it originally cause it is horrible.

^Cool poster though! Shame they could make a whole movie look like that now... but they don't.

I'm still waiting for True Lies to come out on Bluray. I did have trouble tracking down I Come in Peace on DVD for a good long while. It was only available in other region formats and not playable on my machines. I finally found a buyer who had it region free, but it was renamed by MGM for whatever reason to Dark Angel. Still a top 15 all-time film for me and I cannot explain why.
I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.

I nabbed that off a guy on imdb. Last I checked someone transferred the copies to Youtube.

The 70s live-action Spider-Man. I have bootleg DVDs, but it's nuts that these aren't officially out. Now that Batman is finally out, these are really the last of the Super Hero shows not represented on DVD/Blu-Ray.

Man, I have so many movies I've never been able to find, it's hard to narrow it down. I had wanted to see a movie called Deathdream (aka Dead of Night) since I first read about it in The Psychotronic Encyclopedia of Film some 25 years ago. It was made by Bob Clark of A Christmas Story fame, and had a real interesting premise. Lo and behold it was on TCM last month so I stayed up an watched it. Beside the interesting premise there wasn't too much too like about this movie, other than some cool effects by Tom Savini (his first movie I think). The acting was awful, and it moved at a snails pace. Ah well, at least I can mark it off my to do list.

ha, I have been hunting that one too. fond memories from when it came out but I feared that watching as an adult might be disappointing

I'm hoping the release of Batman opens the door for Dozier's Green Hornet.

Dead of Night was on TCM just a few weeks ago. IM, your assessment is pretty accurate IMO.

It's ripe for a remake, though, especially now.
