Belgium is a very pretty country. I had the pleasure of a visit to Brussels and Bruges, a very Charming place. Too bad it was only a short stay.

Europe is on my list of must sees. I know I won't be able to cover it all by a long shot but I would love to spend a couple of months traveling.

Belgium is about as big as my back yard but charming. I was through there when in the Air Force and intend to go back soon. I also would love to meet Thomas.

I know I'm all "pro-Belgium" but honestly, it's one of the best places I've visited. It's beautiful and there's alot to see and do.....and heck I haven't even been there in the summertime yet!! That'll be remedied this June. And sadly I haven't been to Gent yet either! Hopefully there'll be time to go on this next trek, those pics look nice.

When I traveled to Europe, I missed going to Belgium, but my sister (who lived in Aix-en-Provence, France for two years while going to college there) did, and she loved it.

Uh hum, aren't you forgetting someone Thomas?

Jeanneken Pis: In order to maintain the equality between men and women, a restaurant chef had the idea in 1978 to order this statue of a little girl which is found in the *ilôt Sacré*!

I didn't mention her since she isn't as well known as her "brother". In fact, lotsa Belgians don't even know about her.

And this clearly proves Belgians believe in equal rights for men and women
