Watch Starz American Gods...it makes Twin Peaks look like the Brady Bunch, lol...

The same cannot be said of her Twin Peaks co-star, Lara Flynn Boyle...

holy ****e, what happened to Lara Flynn? she looks awful. I men she was painfully thin in her heyday but now she looks haggard, an nothing like herself

I'll give you a big ol' AMEN on that statement, Hec. TWIN PEAKS is not designed for the modern attention span of two seconds. It's meant to be watched, enjoyed and thought about long after it's over (much like Lynch's iconic ERASERHEAD). If you're not prepared to be in it for the long haul, TWIN PEAKS (or any Lynch project) probably isn't going to be your cup of tea (or, if you're in TWIN PEAKS, coffee and HOT!)....

What is the appeal of the show? I've watched the pilot and first episode and haven't gotten interested in it enough to watch more. Does it get better? It's kinda slow and boring, so far.

There was a point in Sherlyn's life where she looked just terrible, I am imagining she was going through some health problems because she looks fantastic now.

Never watched Twin Peaks but always had a mad crush on her.

I love the scene where, I'm guessing, it's perhaps having some sort of---uhm----climactic scene with Sherilyn Fenn, but it really looks like it's getting ready to sneeze. I may have to search this out just for the corn and cheese factors.
    Here's the whole flick:

She gained quite a bit of weight, but she's still a lovely lady in my eyes. But man, what a knockout back in the day.

Anyway, I will definitely watch it, as I was a big Twin Peaks viewer...hopefully they will tie all the loose ends.

Kyle MacLachlan has to be back for this to work though.
