Does anybody here remember the " In Search Of " tv show with Leonard Nimoy? My other question is was that complete series ever released on DVD? I cant find that show anywhere.
My dad and I used to watch that show every Saturday afternoon (or was it Sunday?). The creepy music added a lot to the mood. In fact, I knew Nimoy from "In Search Of..." before I ever really watched Trek.
Yeah, Mike, I remember when they cut the theme song. Totally sucked. Anyone ever notice the similarity between the theme song and the synthesizer solo in Steve Miller's "Swingtown"?
It's been shown on TV a few years ago but with with replaced opening theme and credits. I remember Saturdays the line up was (can't remember the order) Star Trek, Space:1999 and In Search Of. Needless to say, it was must see TV.
Too bad its not officially released on DVD. Kinda surprised thats its not, would be a good selling item. And yeah i now remember when they cut the theme song, that did suck!
Thanks
