Remember him in "Back There" episode of the Twilight Zone? He played a guy who tried to prevent Lincoln's asassination.

Oh wow... That so bums me out. Super nice guy and such an iconic character in television history. Rest well Russell Johnson. Your legacy springs eternal.

But seriously, he was awesome. He always reminded me of Hal Jordan. He was also in a couple of classic Twilight Zones and of course This Island Earth.

And Alex Ross was dead-right. He was the PERFECT choice to play Reed Richards.

You look at the mid/late FF 20's and Reed had become much more Professor than Quartermass at this point, which is just about the same time Gilligan's came on-air.

He really isn't alone in the blame for not fixing the boat. The rest of them could all build their own huts but nobody could fix the boat? Side note,I saw Dawn Wells awhile back on Chopped. She look good for her age.
