Bewitched: (Tabitha and the black girl wanna be sisters)
Dragnet: (the kid takes a Baby Jesus statue for a ride in his new wagon)
Brady Bunch: Why was this the ONLY Christmas episode?
Mod Squad: (Pete takes care of a little girl who's dad is in trouble over Christmas)
Little House on The Prarie: (Laura sells her horse to buy Ma a stove)
The Waltons: (their first Christrmas ep, not the Homecoming movie)
Eight Is Enough: (presents get ripped off by a fke Santa)

'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."

      Twilight Zone: Norton becomes Santa

Honeymooners: both the classic 39 one with Ralph having to pawn his bowling ball for a good gift for Alice and the lost one where all the Gleason's characters visit the Kramden's apartment. There were actually 2 times they did that skit, both are on the big lost Honeymooners set.

That Girl: had a couple good Christmas shows one was Christmas And The Hard Luck Kid where Ann spends Christmas at a boarding school with an orphan so he would not be alone. Later, Mary Tyler Moore called it's first Christmas show Christmas And The Hard Luck Kid 2 where Mary took the Christmas shift so that the usual guy could spend Christmas with the family.

        Christmas with the Addams Family

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

The Happy Days classic where Fonzie comes to the Cunningham's Christmas is the single best Christmas episode of ANY TV show. I'll accept no arguments.

I also like the Andy Griffith episode with the old "Scrooge" type character who demands to be locked up so he can participate in the Christmas festivities.

I think TV Land is supposed to be airing Christmas episodes starting tonight.

Mine is the Dukes of Hazzard, near the end where Boss Hogg is all alone at the Boar's Nest, counting his money, sad and lonely. He comes calling on the Dukes, gifts in hand, and despite everything he had done during the episode, Uncle Jesse welcomes him with open arms.

There's a reason why Roscoe tearfully misses his "fat little buddy". Deep down, Boss wasn't so bad after all.

Night Court's with Michael J. Fox. Also WKRP's take on a Christmas Carol. The last bit with them showing the future and Herb is the only human there is really sad now when you realize how many radio stations are really like that these days.

Yep... The Andy Griffith show... It was mean ol' Ben Weaver from Weaver's Dept Store who was such a Scrooge.... And Barney in a Santa outfit.... Carols with the guitar at the courthouse. Good stuff.

For me it's gotta be The Honeymooners Christmas.

They were both written by James L. Brooks, so I've always figured that he was behind the title reuse. In another bit of trivia, the boy that Ann stays with at the school is Christopher Shea, who was the voice of Linus in the early Peanuts specials including the Christmas one.

My vote also goes for The Honeymooners "Twas The Night Before Christmas" from the Classic 39. I like their other Christmas shows too (the aforementioned "Christmas Party" with all of the Gleason characters and "Santa & The Bookies, both of which they did several times), but "Twas" tops them all. It's interesting to see how they reused aspects from the sketches to build the episode. The Napoleon juice squeezer is in the "Party" episodes and the box made of match sticks was in an Alice's birthday sketch.
