I second the votes for Happy Days, Andy Griffith, bewitched and brady Bunch episodes mentioned.

The MASH Christmas episodes are good too, especially the one where Winchester sends candy to an orphanage without any fanfare.

The Justice League Christmas episode is really good, too.

While it's not up to the quality of the most mentioned in this thread, I like the Christmas episode of the first season of Lois and Clark. The A plot is pretty silly with George Jefferson (Sherman Hemsley) as a Toyman-type villain, but the B plot with Lois and Clark going back and forth on what's great and not so great about Christmas is very good. plus Terri Hatcher looked gorgeous. She made a tie look sexy.

Twilight Zone "Night of the Meek" -- as much a part of Christmas viewing for me as A Christmas Carol or Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer or The Bishop's Wife
        Justice League "Comfort and Joy"
