The ONLY way I'd use beets is through a juicer to give the drinks some color...but that's it...don't like 'em.

Raw broccoli and cooked collard greens.

I despised spinach as a child (at least the cooked stuff), and will only eat it raw in salads.

Not sure what is in gettah. I will ask the wife but I here people talking about both and wondered if it was the same thing called different names. I know my wife and others like it as a breakfast food.
I personally always go for the bacon.
