Living in Jersey, I grew up with Pork Roll (Taylor Ham)....I absolutely despised it.....now, I can't get enough of it (much to my waistlines chagrin..... )

Cauliflower and Cabbage for me,I used to hate the stuff but now I love it.....still can't eat a Brussel Sprout,although my girlfriend say's they are just little cabbages.

Do you like souse (pickled head cheese), too? I like it, but not scrapple or pan-pudding.

I now love olives, blue cheese, feta, vinaigrettes, & all sorts of mustards as I've aged. I always did like all sorts of green veg. & med-rare steak.

I can't hack stuff that's too sugary (but I love chocolate, etc), and I still can tolerate beets unless they're pickled.

Ha no I still hate all that stuff I miss read the question believe me scrapple is as gross as it sounds and pan pudding isn't any better.
