    It's funny, here in Ohio there are a lot of chili styles & traditions: With Fritos, over pasta, with cheese and/or sour cream. I've had chili made with hamburger, ground venison, even chuck roast (yum). I like many types but fairly thick with moderate spice and pinto & kidney beans. When I make it, I always add cumin & a dash of cinnamon.

    I have never had it with rice, but one of my co-workers said they eat it over mashed potatoes. I thought this sounded disgusting--but I tried it with leftover mashed potatoes once & it was delicious!
