That's terrible, and it makes me sick to hear, but honestly this is also why I'm a huge critic of of the way Bigfoot believers approach this whole issue. Unless they start falling in line, learning the way scientific protocol is suppose to work, and stop going ga-ga for the same spotty forms of evidence (shaky unclear video, random reported sittings, spotty DNA tests, hoaxers) that don't advance their theories this is how the media will keep portraying you. It's BAD for Bigfoot, and BAD for the way the media is allowed to junk up scientific enquiry as a whole. You guys really have to stop playing their game. It's not attention that will advance the theory, it's better evidence with a strict adherence to the guidelines of critical thinking.

I'm very sorry that happen to you Dwayne. Unfortunately this field of study is littered with people who are in it for personal gain or their fifteen minutes of fame. So it leaves the people like yourself who are credible in a bad position to have to answer for their actions. Hopefully some day something will be found that will definitively put this debate to rest. You're a great person with strong convictions. I would like to see those convictions rewarded.Comment

Does anyone else feel like this article is setting up an Animal Planet or History Channel "documentary" in the very near future?
That being said, I do believe that there are animals (such as Bigfoot) that we are unaware of. In fact, I'm certain of it, as we are constantly identifying new species. However, I think these guys go out of their way to prove it by creating false evidence, thereby killing any credibility actual zoologists (or cryptozoologists if you choose) have when it comes to the subject.Comment

I watched this video the other day. I'm not interested in the ambiguous walking footage here but what the Chewbacca-looking animal? Was that an identifiable animal or is it a close-up of a Bigfoot face? Can it be traced to a known, commercially available halloween mask? Someone tell me what this is. If it's not a man made mask then we may have something here. It's not what I pictured Bigfoot would look like but still it's better than most photos. That's a pretty clear shot to me. Not great-but not that blurry either:

Great pics! The Chewbacca is back and looking for Han Solo.
I have been watched on the news and cable TV with different channels. They told many people, the Bigfoot's skeleton NEVER been found for around 50 - 90 years old. It may be hoaxes with fake costume.....
For me, I think doubt it... It's exits last about 100 years ago but I do trust the Native American Indians that told us the truth, Bigfoot is out there last around 100 - 500 years ago I think.Last edited by Mr Mego; Oct 4, '13, 10:30 PM.Comment

I was doing some photography for a client down in Kentucky a few years ago. I snapped a photo of the client with sunglasses on. A few days later when I reviewed the photos and looked closer, lo and behold! Darn Bigfoot was lurking behind us and we never knew it!
