No, i agree 100%. I already said my advice is buying a used Rolex. Bought mine new 'cause I was a dumb kid. 10 years later I'd never pay the mark up on a new one.

I was just passing on a "joke" my wife makes when people talk about wanting used houses, similar to the "hair" joke by fallensaviour.

On a side note though, my last two houses have been new.

I live in the Bay Area, Northern California, a new house here would be astronomical, lol.

I would never buy new full retail for it.
I'm really okay with used for pretty much anything with the exception of underwear...

An Oysterdate Precision 6694...it's a 70s vintage watch...manual winding (which I always wanted, you get to really have a relationship with your watch as opposed to a self-winding one, lol)...all authentic Rolex, no aftermarket parts, authentic bracelet, excellent working condition, all silver with black hands.

It's just like this one, but I got it for a lot less...
