Man this thread made me so hungry for a baked last night...ending up making one for me and one for the kid. He ate about 1/4 of his so I ate the rest. Margarine, salt, pepper, sour cream, and La Victoria Hot salsa. So good.

I don't ever have a baked potato. We do often slice them, add butter, spices, a few veggies, and grill them outside in foil.
