If I'm at home, just lot's of margarine, sour cream, salt and pepper. If I'm out, the works isn't bad - sour cream, chives, shredded cheese, maybe some chili.
I eat the whole potato but most people I know leave the skin. My fav is when the skin is slightly over-cooked, a bit tough.

I'm picky on my baked potatoes. It's gotta be red potatoes. I'm boring, in that I normally like just salt and butter. But a loaded one ain't bad either.
I usually go for butter, sour cream, a squirt of extra virgin olive oil, a bit of sea salt & cracked black pepper...sometimes I sprinkle paprika, depending on my mood.
