Well, she's out of the ICU. They had her on a ventilator last night but it's no longer needed. It ended up being a six hour surgery, real complex and tedious work. She'll be in for 7-10 days depending on how long it takes for her bowels to start working again. Yesterday was rough, but we pulled through. I cannot thank this board enough for the well wishes and support. I really didn't want to post about it on an otherwise happy action figure board, but I was kinda in shock at what transpired and how quickly everything deteriorated. I barely tolerate her family, and my own only consists of my parents, so I consider this site my extended family. Some of you I've met and know, others I don't. The support was the same, and that means a lot. I sincerely thank you.
