Wow. I had no idea it was a full year already. I know that incident last year was a serious eye opener, so while that was terrible, something good came of it. That is just freakin awesome. My dad quit after 50 plus years cold turkey in 2011, and developed lung cancer last October. Go figure.I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.
If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.Comment

Good job Jason, I put mine down 7 years ago now. I smoked camels for almost 20 years. After a while, you will look back and not believe you hadn't quit sooner. I still get the urge every now and then. I'll get that perfect wiff of one and be transformed back to the smoking days. But my desire to not smoke always wins out. That part will get easier the longer you stay off them. Keep up the good work.Comment

Good job!
I was only a light smoker (3-4 a day), but I did need them. Kicking the habit was hard. I stopped in 2006, when my Dad died of lung cancer.
Even now, I still miss my smoke after a good meal....
