About a 17 + Yeart Smoker Here .... Or Was.
Last Week was my Anniversary for Quiting Smoking. It's Been Over a Year Now Without a Smoke. I've only Evey had the Urge about 3 Times, in some serious Stressful Situations I've been Put in ..., But Faught the Urge Quickly, and it was Never Enough for me to go to the Store and ask for a Pack.
While I was Only An Outside Smoker ...., I still Loved them. And Needed Them. The Morning Coffee, and After Dinner Mints Were the Toughest I think.
I Think I Beat Them ...., and Took Back Control In My Life.
Now All my Addictions R Food or Toy Related..... Well, and Women. lol
Hopefully This is 1 Anniversary That Continues to Add Years .
