I wondered how long till Hector came along. lol I was just reading how this dude smokes them first, then flash fry's them. Sounds great!! I think you def have to fry them though.

I boil them first to get out the fat, and so they don't have to stay as long in the fryer.

I like them fried with a medium-hot, traditional sauce and bleu cheese dressing on the side. But, mostly I just like them in my belly.
