Bacon or sausage?

    Add some toast, a few slices of tomato on a piece of lettuce, HP, hot sauce and ketchup. Perfect.

      I've never had a bad piece of bacon. On the other hand, I've had lots of bad sausage (that doesn't sound right).
      Fresh, not from concentrate.

        Prefer sausage with biscuits, and bacon with eggs, but if I can have both I'll eat both.

        But bacon's a necessity for flavoring baked and green beans, and there's nothing wrong with a blt.

        There's a burger joint in my town that mixes sausage in with it's ground beef for its sausage burger. It's pretty good.

              Bacon is best, but occasionally I like some SCRAPPLE.

              sausage doesn't do it for me as a breakfast food, but with peppers & onions on a roll, hot off the grill, yummy tummy!!!

                Love `em both but bacon mainly for breakfast or in a sandwich. Sausage in a hero w/peppers is great and sometimes with a slice of melted cheese for good measure. One thing I don't like much is sausage in tomato sauce w/pasta. Meatballs are OK in pasta sauce but it seems to me you kill the flavor of great tasting sausage if you douse it in tomato sauce. Sausage is good enough that you don't need to cover it in anything.

                Hec, how can you eat so much rich food? I thought you had some delicate digestive system man?

                      I only have a serving of bacon once a week, no biggie, lol.

                              Not real meat? Dude, bacon is straight up pork belly meat.

                              Sausage is the fake one, all cheap mixed ground up animal entrails, lol.

                                Sausage is generally made with cuts from the shoulder and belly, not entrails.
