The Niners will be the team to beat next year (they are younger than the Ravens)...Kap will have an entire season to rule...he will be a monster.

the guy's been playing for what 12 years after that happened and no one's said a thing..Now he wins the SB again and all this comes back?

They will be good, should be in contention for the next few years...I don't understand why he didn't get the green light to run more..That D was tired as hell but he's a young QB with one of the strongest arms I've seen and one of the fastest guys I've seen...They need to trade Alex Smith for a really good WR

They were really good man, that comeback win against the Falcons was epic....You guys should'nt feel bad..I know I did when the Heat lost to Dallas and Hector ragged on me, but the next year they won it, so just hope for the best next year..I do believe this was Baltimores year, that bomb against the Broncos with seconds left was a sign lol

Thank God The Game ended up Not Tainted with a Momentum Shift Because of that Power Outage ..., It was a completely different Game Before that.

I'm Glad to See Lewis go out on Top ..., He gave me some Great years as a Spectator to Say the Least ... Reed Might Be gone too, and That Dude is Bad Arse too. Kuddo's Ravens !!!!

man when they played at the U it was amazing!! If Reed goes as well, then they'll both enter the HOF together, that would be cool

If your a Raven's fan that game was good and I guess if your a 49ers fan, you can hang your hat on a great comeback that fell one non penalty call short but the power outage was embarrassing for the NFL and sucked the life out of the game for the casual fan. Outside of my brother-in-law who is from Baltimore, every one else I was watching the game with aren't fans of either team and we all just kind of lost interest during the eternal black out. Sure we all watched till the end and I know it got exciting at the end with all the offense from San Fran but I was more relieved when it was over than anything else. It was actually kind of fun to see my brother-in-law try to hold it together but for the rest of us, this was the football equivalent to the Rays/Phillies World Series from a few years ago.

I don't even think they're trying with Super Bowl commercials anymore either. The 30 second sloppy super model kiss with the fat nerd was about the most awkward thing I've ever had to sit and watch with both my 6 year old son and parents in the same room at the same time. I'm not even sure what product was being sold there but there are some things you cannot unsee and if that was the intent of the commercial then, well played (except for the fact I still have no idea what you trying to sell me.) My favorite was the Best Buy/Amy Poehler commercial cause Amy Poehler is awesome. The rest, I've already forgotten about.

As for the half time show, I'm gonna call that the worst one ever. Worse than Prince, Shania Twain, The Black Eyed Peas, Aerosmith, and both Gloria Estefan appearances. I think it at least helps when they have a performer who's songs are known. If my sister wasn't there to provide commentary on what was going on, I would have thought those two girls that came out of the floor and lingered on for the rest of the performance were random back-up singers and not part of some group Beyonce was in back in the day. When she got around to the Put a Ring on it song, I actually went "Oh thats what she sings!" out loud. Again, aside from my sister, that was one more song than anyone else knew of and to be fair, the only reason I had ever heard of the song is because I know of a band that covers it. Also, for all the talk about how hot she is, she's kind of thick and barrel shaped. I'd much rather a decaying rock group than unfamiliar hip/hop artist that's more known for her looks than her music. If they keep going in that direction, we're probably only a year or two from a Justin Beiber half-time.

Still it's sad to see the NFL come to an end again. Now it's full attention on the NHL..

Oh on a side note, if Baltimore doesn't fake the field goal and just goes for the three points and the 1st quarter ends with them up three more than they were, I would have won $50 bucks. At the end of the game, if they don't take the safety and the score ended 34-29, I would have won $200.
