I remember them although I never was their show.
I remember seeing them when they did an episode of Wonder Woman.

        Hands down "The Muppet Show."

        Would "The Gong Show" count?
If I had only spent a tenth of the time studying Physics that I spent learning Star Wars and Baseball trivia, I would have won the Nobel Prize.

Jim Stafford is one I always liked, as well as Flip Wilson. I liked Dean Martin because it always seemed he had no idea what was going on.

Sonny and Cher is one that I always seemed to watch as well as Donnie and Marie. My Dad hated Carol Burnett, but that show always cracked me up.

I'm probably to young to really remember variety shows. I think Carol Burnett is funny as heck and The Muppet Show was one of my favorites as a kid. I only saw them in re-runs though.

I would love to see old episodes of Sonny and Cher as well as Donnie and Marie.

I really would like to see this tv format make a comeback.

I'm probably a tad too young also. Caught Carol Burnetyt and Muppets in re-runs - they were both awesome.
Vaguely recall watching Donny & Marie a lot.

              I dig the format too.

I was never a fan of variety shows, any of them, and I hated Hee-Haw with a friggin' passion. Sorry for the threadcrap!

As a kid I was embarrassed to like Hee Haw because my family loved it but I thought it was super uncool.

By the time I got to highschool Hee Haw was "in" for being cornball dopey

It was kinda a 70's Pee Wee's Playhouse in that cornball way.
