These morons putting twinkies up on eBay were laughable.
However, a local couple who I see almost every weekend at Estate Sales who sell on eBay (I hate them, they sell trash to people yet the guy acts like a hot shot picker) are trying to sell cupcakes for $500 with 25% going to Sandy victims. That ****es me off even more. Trying to profit off tragedy.Comment

I hate to admit it, but I sorta jumped on the twinkie/ebay bandwagon today. Not twinkies, but a Twinkie the Kid Twinkie container. I had almost bought one for myself about a month ago as they were at Zeller's for $5, (I didn't pick it up then as I've abandoned my character toy collection due to lack of space), so today I picked up 4. Some have sold as high as $50+ but I'm looking to get a reasonable $20 and sell while the selling's good.Comment

Nice effort by the judge but it put off the inevitable, the forced talks were unsuccessful and Hostess will close as planned.

I haven't had Twinkies in years. I should see if I can get some at the grocery store. If not, oh well. Maybe Disney will buy them out for 4 Billion dollars?Comment

I know Wonder Bread has been sold, but whomever is going to buy the snacks need sot act fast. The signature Hostess products have now been replaced in most major outlets.
In the supermarket, Little Debbie had cloned the cupcakes and has Twinkies under the name "Cloud cakes". In the Gas Stations knock off brand "Mrs. Freshlys" has taken over with cupcakes, Fruit Pies and their re-named "Dreamies".Comment

From a couple of article I've read, Wal Mart is strongly considering buying the brand and stocking them exclusively in their stores and Sam's. I seems like a perfect corporate marriage.I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.
If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.Comment
