BTW, from a crafty artistic perspective, what are you priming the lunchboxes with and what are you sealing them with? Paint on!!!!!!

Thanks EK...to answer your questions, yeah, a Space Ghost would be cool...I'm planning a Thundarr the Barbarian for my next one. I primed the box with Krylon flat white primer, and sealed it with Testors gloss coat. Two coats so far, with two more over the entire thing when every side is done.
