I was pulling for the san francisco giants because they ordered medals from my company and said if they won the world series they would order more. Hence a sf giants fan. Mike

This has nothing to do with layoffs or anything else this was a Tigers team that was Facing a Red Hot Giants team that fought their azzez off from elimination....Pitching is everything in Playoff baseball the Tigers pitching shut down the Yankees bats and then they faced the Giants who out pitched them. Sandoval had his Babe Ruth moment in game one but that was all the big scoring we saw. The rest was good pitching by both except the Giants just out did the Tigers one better.

I was fortunate to attend Game 2, very happy for my Giants. Unbelievable to win 6 elimination games and then sweep the series. I'm glad they did it in 4, I didn't want to have to been Verlander twice.
