Shoot me your mailing addy, don't worry, Cholula doesn't have that strong Tabasco flavor, and not nearly as hot either.

HEctor is 1000 percent correct. Cholula is my third favorite condiment behind Heinz ketchup and Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce. It needs to come in 2-liter bottles.

Good for Asian food, but it doesn't go with Mexican, lol.

I find Rooster a tad sweet, but it'good for certain foods.

I agree with this one, I love Sriracha, but it's not right in everything. Great with Asian food. It's my go-to ingredient when making chili, too. Sweet and just a little bit spicy.

When I was younger, I used to try all those super-hot ones, but after one-too-many mornings of waking up with the dreaded "ring sting," I gave up destroying my taste buds. These days, I prefer Franks Red Hot for perking up every day foods (burgers, eggs, pizza, etc.). I don't know, I just like the taste of it better than Choula.

I was going to mention it, I love that stuff too. But as mentioned, it doesn't go with everything, it great with many Asian style dishes though. If you want to add a little extra spiciness and sweetness to something, it does the trick.
