Been picking up a bottle here and there for a while now. Sometimes just for the lable, others for the taste. The Predator with the shark on it is by far the hottest I have. Funny how anything can turn into a collection huh.
The best hotsauce I've had, hands down and no doubt, is Cholula. Its not even all that hot, it just has the best flavor. If anyone saw me at the Meet you likely saw the bottle of Cholula. I can't imagine pizza and fried chicken without it.
I almost had a psychic girlfriend but she dumped me before we met.
If anyone here believes in psychokinesis, please raise my hand.
I got started with these a couple years ago, its amazing the varity of flavors and levels of heat. I don't care for the ones that have that smokey taste. The artwork on the lables and the bottles is what I really dig.
Nice collection, I love Hot sauce but I make my own buy all the ingredients fresh and make it as hot and spicy as i want it....
I've tried a couple times but always end up with to strong of a viniger taste. We had a good crop of scotch bonnets this year an made a puree. Huge mistake, it burnt the eyes it was so strong! I've heard adding Dr.Pepper to it ads a sweet taste, ever try it?

NO never tried dr.pepper that's interesting. I tend to use Apple Cider vinegar gives me the sweetness i desire to offset the heat of the hot peppers
