Peter is there any way you could take a picture of the boxes side by side for us? I would love to see the difference in the ingredients.

After growing up on the Monster cereals, I finally found an import store that carries them over here a while back.

Yeah, they have definitely changed the Frankenberry formula.... and the shape of the cereal pieces.

What's funny is a generation ago kids actually ate a lot more sugar than they do now but weren't half as fat.
We drank Kool-Aid by the GALLONS all summer long, but we also played outside all day instead of plopped in front of a video game console for eight hours.

          They're like 200% sugar, right?
When I eat those, my body goes into shock.

But I do love the artwork. I should start collecting empty boxes...

Amen! And when we went shopping w/ Mom we always picked out the cereal w/ the best prizes, not the lowest sugar content.

They should add in some monster toys like back in the 70's! I also remember Fruit Brute from back in the day, didnt care for it. And there was Yummy Mummy, never tried that one. Boo-Berry was always my Fav- these days my stomach cant seem to handle these cereals.

Without the old box art, I can't bring myself to buy any this year....

I havent thought about buying in the last few years. I always thought the cereals tasted fine, I dont see any reason to change them.
I saw them at Dollar General too. Except mine didn't have Frankenberry. Wonder why?
