Walgreens has the Monster Cereals!

I know they've changed the formula of Franken Berry and Boo Berry. They don't taste the same anymore. Now I just stick to the Count. It tastes the same to me. -
I wish they would put the vintage artwork back on the boxes. I think they would sell scores more just for the artwork alone. I always find it fascinating how a seasonal product seems to miss the obvious in this age of retro goodness.Leave a comment:

I always stock up on my Monster Cereals in October. I usually buy 13 boxes, eat one immediately (sometimes I am pigging out on dry Frankenberry in the car on the way home), and then allot myself one box a month.Leave a comment:

^ I thought the exact same thing. I bought all three Monster Cereals at Target last week and Count Chocula was the only one I opened so far. I think they changed the formula.Leave a comment:

I bought a box of Count Chocula, but it doesn't taste anything like what I remember. Did they change them, or am I remembering with my kid tastebuds?
The cereal seems like it has a different texture altogether...like it's made from a different grain than the original.Leave a comment:

Sometimes I find them in a supermarket, too. But, yeah, usually requires a trip to Tarjay.Leave a comment:

Walgreens has the Monster Cereals!
For those of us who are not on the East Coast, we West Coasters only get this treat once a year. Usually, I have to venture all the way to Target to find it, but tonight I was shopping at Walgreens and found it!
I bought 2 boxes tonight, and tomorrow, I'll get more. Woo-Hoo!
