Not on FB and definitely not a Twit.
Former employee comes out and says FB employees are pirating customer info and they never bother to deny it, and still have not said they did anything about it, which implies that they did not. I don't like thieves.
But...
If you think FB people are stupid, their customers are worse. Like the guy who does something stupid at work and gets away with it, then brags about it on FB and can't understand why he is being fired.
So, I got to thinking...instead of talking about what I am doing or not doing that I should not or should be doing, not that I am doing anything I shouldn't, why not post all of the things my employer is or is not doing that they shouldn't or should be doing? Too many companies get away with crap because you can never find the guy who did it and you can't put the whole company in jail, but exposing the truth to the light of day might just have an effect, or at least it might make me feel better.
This is the only reason I could see to join FB. Someday, maybe.
CCC.

I caved in under pressure, create an account a year ago, and haven't been on since. That was time well spent!Leave a comment:

I've never had a Myspace, Facebook, or Twitter account. I like old fashion message forums.Leave a comment:

I use it mainly to keep in touch with my best friend who's living in China right now. I also use to make plans with friends and show off my art to family/friends etc. I check it once or twice a day but I wouldn't say I was addicted to it. Not like I was to MMO's back in the day. I'm glad I got that multiplayer monkey off my back.Leave a comment:

My wife checks it daily, she kind of has to for her job. She tells me what is going on that I'd be interested in. Keeps me from checking my own page. It is nice to chat with folks sometimes, but I don't get the stuff some people post there. From the incredibly mundane, to the way-to-personal.

I get on two or three times a week. It's great for keeping in contact with people I wouldn't normally have time to connect to, but still like to be able to communicate with easily. We have a core group of classmates that get together regularly and facebook allows us to update each other on upcoming events and such. I have to this day never played any game on facebook. My usage of it is limited to the 15 minutes or so I get on every other day.Leave a comment:

I don't know if I could go a day without seeing my cousin's baby and what my college room mate is eating for lunch.Leave a comment:

Okay so I hoped back on this morning following the ban and have discovered exactly what I feared... it's a complete waste of time for everyone but the marketers and those really lonely folks I used to know who were lonely for a reason way back when too
Yeah, outside of work I see that my facebook days are numbered.
