    Interesting.
Would you say it's a matter of perspective and preference. I've heard the camp divided and diehards growing up the vinyl albums in the past have gave the remasters some thumbs down. Lack of warmth being the main factor and I agree with the bitrate and sampling frequency it was released it, I would say it does sound tinny and sterile.
However, I do like the what it has brought out and more so the mono mixes as well. I really like the clear sound on Abbey Road. I was hoping the vinyl remasters would have been warmed up but it turns out they are being made from the digital masters the CD were, which pretty defeats the purpose of vinyl but it is cost effective, in my personal opinion. Regardless, I plan on getting some Mono versions on vinyl.

As for LIB being released, I can't validate the statement with the articles I read since they are long gone but Macca did state he was for the release of LIB since it's public knowledge of how he behaved with the advent of YouTube et al. Only brings money to him and his family so it was on the table at some point and it was suppose to be released with LIB...Naked. I think it will be released since there are great moments including the rooftop performance.

As for the MMT, I went to the theater to see it and have to say in my opinion, I liked it a lot and I was not under the influence. It is quaint and at times drags but to me it's a combination of music videos with a loose storyline and adventure based on Ken Key's Band of Merry Pranksters bus journey which can be seen the recent docu Magic Trip. I plan on ripping the BR and making HD music videos of the song anyway.

That's another thing, I'm still waiting for Apple to release a disc of all their promo films for their songs aka Music Videos so that O can upgrade my collection.

one of the people involved with the film did say recently that the scheduled release date will be in 2013...

"Let It Be" director Michael Lindsay-Hogg, who has making the rounds to promote his autobiography "Luck and Circumstance," spoke about The Beatles in an interview with radio station WNYC-FM.

"We have been been working on it pretty much every year for the last couple of years. And the plan is, at the moment, to have it come out, I think, in 2013," Lindsay-Hogg said.
