    I love World Cup, the NFL, and the NBA.

    I'm not going to hate on Hockey...even though I'm not a fan...but I appreciate the skill and power of the sport.

    Not a big baseball fan anymore (I used to, but lost interest over the years).

    Having said that...I wouldn't hate it if the A's were to win the Series though, lol.

    I love the SF 49ers...not so much the SF Giants.

        Interestingly enough, baseball and softball were taken down as Olympic events...they will not be featured in the 2016 Olympics either.

                    On the men's side...Mexico's best player...striker Giovani Dos Santos (their high scorer as well) is out with an injury...what a bummer, man...now I'm even more nervous (and disappointed) for the final match than ever...

                        I recorded it and watched it last night. Major props to the team. Hope Solo made some great saves and despite some of her strange comments; she is still the best female goal keeper in the world...not to mention easy on the eyes.

                                        I hope some of my fellow members don't get too turn off by my support for Mexico.

                                        It's never over the USA...I regard them equally.

                                        I'm a dual citizen, USA and Mexico.

                                        Come on guys...we all know the USA is the MIGHTIEST of them all...41 Golds...94 medals in total so far.

                                        Lowly little Mexico has only 5 measly medals in total...with no Golds.

                                        Come on guys...throw me a bone...and root for Mexico to win its first Gold medal in the Olympics...

                                                    wee67, i'm a diehard Hurricanes and Flyers fan. I do wish holmgren would make some decent moves in the off season. Flyers need a top defensemen and they have done nothing to brag about again this off season.
