I thought since there were so many horror movie fans here that they would'nt mind it.The Exorcist in one of my favorite movies and I loved the way they made her look

I've seen other sites where you don't have to see the animated smileys. There must be an option here that I could use so they don't slow me down.

        Didn't know that.

But yeah, I don't mind the sigs, sometimes they're useful, so I won't be turning them off.

Damien, thanks for limiting your animated sigs

Toys, it was nice of you to consider everyone else's eyes with your animated sigs. I've gotten used to your Ultimate Warrior one, so even though I don't care for him, I barely see it anymore. It was pretty jarring when the other ones showed up, and there were scary monsters looking at me from the bottom of your posts!
The only one that bothered me was the overweight kid, but having 2 or 3 of them was a bit much visually.

Nice of you ask Toys but seriously don't think it really matters. Some things will always be offensive to somebody else. There's no getting around that, it's just a part of life. I do get tired of the "what if my child sees it" attitude though.

As long as nobody puts up one of those "Hang on in there Kitty" posters...we're cool!

Very thoughtful of you to ask. Many people would not bother to do that.

                    >I bet they're killers for people on dial-up too.

Not only am I on dial up, but my computer is almost 15 years old (parts of it, anyhoo*) and they weren't a problem. After a few pages they get cache'd.

*FUN FACT: Windows XP freaks out when it detects a 15 year old SCSI port. Who knew?
