I personally think it's too many, very distracting and I could definitely do without the Exorcist ones.

Sometimes peoples Avatars can be more welcoming than their posts."I've just bought a house. It's got a Buck Rogers Toilet. One yank, all gone!"Comment

Since you asked, I hate them. I didn't mind the Warrior but the others are too much IMO.Places to find PlaidStallions online: https://linktr.ee/Plaidstallions

Can't stand Jim Hellwig(I refuse to call him "Warrior." No true warrior is that big of a coward). The horror stuff I don't really find offensive or bothersome, but Hellwig I find offensive to the very core of my being. Few things would make me as happy as hearing that Jim Hellwig suffered a painful, excruciating death over a very long period of time.
Love the girl with the spinning head, though!Of all the souls I have encountered his was the most...human.Comment

Ditch the Warrior and add some outsiders or DDP
Seriously its pretty cool
Think B.A. Where did you hide the Megos?Comment

Turning off seeing signatures has nothing to do with being able to see pics in posts or the avatars next to people's names. I still see all of that normally, and I have sigs off.Comment
-
But when you turn off sigs you lose other helpful information in sigs, such as website links, announcements when Joe or Hulk are having a sale, or when those freakin' Dida Displays finally come in.This profile is no longer active.Comment

Is there a way for the Museum to just shut down animated avatars and animated signatures across the board ?
I'd say just do that.
I personally don't mind if they're there... but I wouldn't miss them if they suddenly got gone either.
BTW, don't you dare touch my NON Animated Tony Orlando in the processComment

Yeah, I would agree that turning off sigs would block the sometimes helpful/useful info. For instance, high*quality Heath would not have pm'd me (just yesterday!) about my interest in purchasing fist fighters had he not been able to read my desire for them in my sig.
I would encourage moderation or timeliness. Not so many animated gifs at once. Or, toys2cool, like you did before with the Aquahawxxx Uprising of 2007, make your sig have to do with something recently happening.Comment

I block the signatures but the animated smileys really kill my dial-up at home. I'm goofing off at work now and even here all these animated smileys really cause problems loading pages.
I think I might go nuts and start shooting at anything that looks like smileys.Last edited by johnmiic; Jan 25, '08, 4:34 PM.Comment

wow I wake up and find another 3 pages on this subjectSorry guys I didn't realized it bothered you guys so much. There's no need to have it removed from the forum cause of me,it would'nt be fair to the others.I'll just leave my Warrior one if that's ok.
But if there's a problem just let me know"Time to nut up or shut up"-Tallahassee

If it were up to me, signatures would be limited to one picture and/or three lines of text. It's supposed to be a signature, not a MySpace page.Comment

I'm glad you took them off, they were pretty creepy. I wasn't gonna say anything though. To each his own and all that."Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."Comment
