No Two-Face?
(Just kidding)
Really impressive!
LOL! LOL! Thanks!
Actually, truth be told, I originally had Two-Face's appearance in this play all planned out. He was actually going to be the person who would come out and greet the audience at the start of the show. I was going to have him threaten the audience at gunpoint by telling them that the show would only proceed if a flip of his coin landed clean face up. He would then flip his coin (which naturally would land clean face up), and he would begrudgingly allow the show to proceed. He would offer some last minute admonishments about recording and flash photography being prohibited, and about being respectful to each other by minimizing conversations, and texting during the show.
We even had his make up appliance produced and his coin prop purchased.
But the character of Two-Face was cut from the play about 6 months ago due to budgetary constraints.
This is a behind the scenes still of me performing a makeup test on the student actor who was going to play Two-Face...

Thanks so much everyone!
This has been an amazing journey of nearly 3 years for me personally. We have completed our first run of this show, and while it was an AMAZING experience for us all, it was also incredibly exhausting.
For the time being, we are all enjoying a well-deserved rest and recuperation while we consider our options for a SECOND RUN of this show at another theater.
Keep on checking www.fathersofthedarkknight.com for all the latest on our production.I... am an action figure customizerComment

Well... it's NOT a DVD but I DO at least have a little "teaser".
This is a fast, 2-minute "Work Sample" clip that I put together from one of our 3 summer preview performances (June 21st, 28th, July 12th). It is two clips edited together:
The first clip shows the start of ACT II, where Commissioner Gordon flashes the Bat-Signal to call The Batman and Robin about trouble with The Riddler.
The second clip shows a mysterious new ally (Batgirl) rescuing the Dynamic Duo from the Riddler's electric chair death trap before Gordon and his SWAT team show up.
Don't forget to turn your computer volume up and click on the "HD 720P" option when you view it so that it looks best.
