When I shop Ebay ...
I rarely Ever bid on anything these days ....
I buy it Now.
I am so disapointed with people that Snipe me, or get into a Biding war with me ...., or out bid me buy cents on something. I want my Item ..., I want it now. There is no love for biding here. Sure I pay more for certain stuff ..., but I also own it with no worries.... The Original Knight ..., Often Imitated, However Never Duplicated. The 1st Knight in Customs.

I mean I have to imagine putting this in Disneyana terms would be like picking up a 20,000 Leagues Nautilus Sub Uniform.
Personally, and I'm not even joking here, I have been on the lookout for a 1980's polyester Bojangles fast food crew shirt. They were yellow, orange and purple embroidered bowling shirts. Totally classy.
I never worked there, but if it was legal to marry a spicy chicken filet biscuit? I'd be changing states.Comment

I have experienced that BIN that you just described. One of those things that is obscure and you may be the only one to buy it, but don't want to risk someone else taking it. I just go ahead and Buy it and don't look back. What I do find completely strange with sellers using a BIN feature is finding that they have an item that I am interested in but their price is way off the mark. I generally will send them a nice email, let them know what they have, and the price. I then will tell them that if it doesn't sell; my offer would stand and contact me. Many times, sellers will simply stick their guns and state that they won't reduce their price only to find out that they reduce their price and sell it for a price lower than my offer."The farther we go, the more the ultimate explanation recedes from us, and all we have left is faith."

I got my vest, it's awesome. The seller knew it was special and the price was right on the money. If they had been asking $300 it'd be a different story. At $145 it was reasonable that someone else would have grabbed it. Now it's MINE, ALL MINE!This profile is no longer active.Comment

I had that vest (the product version, Not Employee) up until a few years ago. I gave it to a friend who does a lot of field work and he used it until it fell apart. Congrats on the pick up."Steel-like jaws clacked away, each bite slashing flesh from my body - I used my knife and my hands, and when they were gone, my bloody stumps - and yet the turtles came."Comment
