3 Day weekends - Would you prefer Friday or Monday?

Monday. Because I always dread the thought of work on Sunday. It's nice to have a Sunday where I don't have to think about the next day.

My sentiments exactly...put me down for Mondays and lazy Sundays

I also prefer Monday and it's completely due to my psychology of breaking down a work week. I also go through a bit of thinking about the week ahead on Sunday evening (my brain just automatically goes to work mode and I think through what I need to accomplish the next week). Monday holidays give me that reprieve. I was just thinking earlier today how fast the week flew by.

I prefer Mondays as well. I remember back in elementary school our district did an interesting thing for President's Day and Lincoln's Birthday. We'd have Friday and the next Monday off. So two four day school weeks wrapped around a four day weekend. Really liked that set-up.

Fridays are casual and relaxed at work so I would prefer Monday. Plus, the boss almost always has us cut out early on Fridays when it's a holiday weekend. If the last day was a Thursday, I don't think he would do that.

Friday is a no-brainer for me. The way my job works Monday is one of my most productive days as well as the least stressful. Fridays tend to be trainwreck for at least the first half of the day. Also most of the time when I takea three day weekend it'sto relax in South Jersey/Philly and attend an event in the area. I'd done both variations (Sat-Mon or Fri-Sun) depending on event scheduling and Fri-Sun is a lot more fun because a few things closed on Sundays limiting my options.
