3 Day weekends - Would you prefer Friday or Monday?

    3 Day weekends - Would you prefer Friday or Monday?

    Returning to work from the 3 day Memorial Day weekend got me to thinking.... how much better would it be if the holiday was celebrated from Friday to Sunday vs. Saturday to Monday?

    For me I really would prefer the Friday to Sunday set up because when the week begins on Tuesday I'm all out of sync the whole week.

    What say you?

      I prefer Mondays off makes the week go faster, I always suffer from Monday blues....

          when I was in HS I use to prefer the Friday off way, but now I'm with Steve on this one

                  Me too, although in HS we always took other days off as well but yeah, as an adult I think I prefer Monday.

                      To me i wouldn't care either way a 3 day weekend is a 3 day weekend just nice to have regardless

                              Not really picky, but I'd like to have a permanent 3-day weekend here in the US, and go to a 10-hour work day.

                                          Monday. Because I always dread the thought of work on Sunday. It's nice to have a Sunday where I don't have to think about the next day.

                                              Even though I'm not currently working, I think I'd have to say I prefer having a Friday off rather than a Monday. Mondays are miserable enough with having to make a Tuesday a "second Monday" (which it always was in the printing biz).

                                              And personally, I'm still trying to rally people behind the idea of the five day weekend and the two day workweek!!!

                                                      a few years (and a few jobs) ago I had mondays off.
                                                      it was AWESOME!!! sundays were my 2nd saturdays, running errands on a monday afternoon was a breeze.

                                                          It's pretty much universally agreed Monday mornings suck. Gotta go with Monday.
