Man, 25 years? I remember watching Fox's first ever broadcast, the premiere episode of "The Late Show starring Joan Rivers". We had one of those old, big C-band satellite dishes back then, and I remember searching for Fox's satellite channel, getting ready for their initial broadcast. They had a "FBC" (Fox Broadcasting Company) logo card up for awhile before the broadcast finally started. I can't remember when they changed from FBC to just "Fox" but I think it was pretty early on.
EDIT: actually, according to Wiki, the Late Show premiered October 1986, as Fox's first show. So why are they just celebrating their 25th anniversary 6 months later? I guess they are just considering their primetime debut in April 1987 as their true starting point. Weird.
