Here's the Charlie's Angels van commercial: (FF to :29)
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."
I found this awesome, sealed in the box, 1978 Ball Clock for $8
I totally had that too as a kid!!
It was fascinating. I can still clearly remember the ball rolling and dropping sounds....

oop. Hauls have definitely been getting less now that the summer's gone. Year's almost over too! If we survive the predicted apocalypse, we'll have to start a new one for 2013. Feels weird typing that year out.
Here's my sept and oct hauls!! Lotsa halloween goodies. ^-^
The last one has a large mix of ebay, because loot is thinner.
(prices in pic links)
I've been too busy with work and a new baby to really be hitting the thrifts and fleas like before, but I've still found some cool things lately.
-Picked up a mint copy of a folk psych LP by a band called The Folklords the other day for a buck. Flipped it on eBay for $250.
-Some Rubens/Relpo baby bear planters (about 5 different ones). eBay prices on these are all over the place, I've sold them in the past for $100-$300, so hopefully these do well for me.
-A bag of elf kneehuggers, these always bring good money during the Christmas season, but I'm keeping these guys for the nostalgic value.
-A rubber faced monkey by Rushton, same as above, it's a keeper even though they've become really collectible
-two sets of Sailor Moon gashapon (vending machine toys), I bought series one and two complete for $6 total, I see series one sells for around $60 and series two sells for upwards of $200, but although I've got a ton of watchers, nobody's bidding on them yet.
-a bunch of nude Jem and the Holograms dolls for a buck each.
-Weebles treehouse (complete) for a quarter.
Unfortunately, not a ton of stuff for my own collection.
Today was very good. There was not much going on at all, so I stopped at a "moving sale" advertised on Craigslist. The guy didn't seem to have much. Some interesting records, tons of recording studio stuff, etc.
Then I noticed he had a sign "ask about my comics". He has thousands, including a ton of Silver Age stuff. I got a 10 cents Green Lantern (#9), 1st New Gods (Been wanting that book) and a few others. The condition of them are pretty good, despite the musty smell that I am trying to air out now.
Anyway, he was telling me about his massive Beatles collection. As we were leaving, his son pulled out a box filled with a lot of paper stuff (glossy photos, magazines, booklets) and on top was a 1968 Ringo Starr Yellow Submarine bank. I bought it for $2, my dad bought the rest of the box for $10.
That bank I found out is worth a LOT of dough. Inside the box at the bottom was an original Rubber Soul promo poster worth a lot. Lot of Wings Fan Club stuff too, including what I think is a signed picture. There was an autographed David Peel picture as well.
This is all of Novembers' both internet and local stuffs.
This has seriously got to be my last big haul for awhile, I've got to reorganize and shuffle things into place!
