I didn't watch the show but from the clip, isn't the guy who bought in the SMDM the guy from Zoloworld, he looks really familiar.

It was like a lame rip off of Pawn Stars. I did drool over the SMDM and Megos though.

I enjoyed it. For me it was cool seeing the real Dante and Randall (Walt and Bryan) in action. I can't be too critical because it's 'reality TV' where all of them are staged and nothing is truly spontaneous. It's the nature of television production.

The blonde chick who came in with the chuckie doll, is a big time baby doll collector......she has tons of them all over her house and she calls all her dolls her family members, she's a bit out there. She was profiled on another show.......

I just wanted to punch every single one of them (even Kevin Smith, lol)...especially the long bearded dude...he comes across as an obnoxious jackass.

I myself might come across as an obnoxious jackass here on the boards too...but I'm not like that in real life...I'm actually kinda quiet...lol.

The flea market segments almost sent me into a coma...lol.

The Mego/SMDM segment was cool...but then it was ruined by the fact that the Megos were totally ignored.

It's Pawn Star for geeks...but focuses too much in their between "bickering" and jokes on each other...it gets annoying after a while.

But it was the pilot...I'll give it a couple more viewings.

Believe-it-or-not they have a podcast and are about 60% more unlikeable. The show was also way too long. 30 minutes w/plenty of commericals seems about right.

If a Mego figure of God did not exist, it would be necessary for EMCE to invent him.

Wow, I didn't realize they would go that far down the rabbit hole of geekery. If this show does become a success, how much closer does that make a reality show based on the Mego Museum when they come looking for the next one? Shoot the pilot at Mego Meet.

Finally watched this show last night.

To show more attention to a boxed SMDM than a boxed CS Spidey is ridiculous.

This first show was garbage! not sure if it will get any better.

I can only hope that Reality TV doesn't ruin the toy business!

I also watched it last night and was disappointed. He really should have spent some time looking at the Megos and at least make it educational. Explain the CSS spidey variant to the normal spidey. Instead, he just hones in on SMDM talking about episodes looking through his bionic eye etc.

Hello everyone. I was on the show with the CS Spiderman, SMDM and Robin MIB (all the best stuff the show offered haha). I did explain the variant in detail, but they decided to cut it out and just keep the SMDM. I was very upset becuase I was hoping that the Spiderman would get more attention , as I am a huge Mego collector like all of us here Did anyone notice they were in Zoloworld MEGO WGSH cases? I also mentioned my name a few times so people would realize who was in the shop. The crazy part was that I had brought much more rare stuff than the CS and Robin, but none of the other stuff apparently had any appeal to them lol. I was thrilled to be in the premiere with one of my favorite toy lines of all time. Glad people were noticing them
