Both my windshield and back window had rust...and had to be fixed first...then it's being take car of from there (no, that's not me, it's the old schooler)...oh, and I'm lucky the cowl was in solid condition...and my seat panels were lowered to accommodate my large frame more comfortably...now the seating position is awesome...


























Slowly, but surely...lots of bodywork being done...paint is down the line (interior will be prepped and painted as well)...it will be finished by my birthday, April 26th...stay tuned...

I took the original out...I don't like it...it looks like a thin station wagon steering wheel...but I boxed it...it's stored in my basement.

I also took the original seats out...they just don't lean back...I also tucked them away, and got myself some awesome Elite one with headrests...I love them.

The floors were rusted...so new floor panels were ordered...the rust will be cut off...and the new metal will be welded on...






The cowl (both sides) were also primed (and later painted)...

Great pictures Hec. I like how you take step by step pictures of the process before and after shots. It looks like the guy does really nice work.

And just for the record....I do not wash or wax any of my rides either. I have a guy that works for me who is a auto detailer for BMW. I pay him to do them for me as I have more important things to do. Like drive around and look cool in my rides that he is cleaning for me.
