I will not tell anyone how to live eat or whatever. I simply want to share my own personal experience with something that has worked so well for me. Maybe it helps someone else, maybe not.
I was diagnosed with T2 diabetes almost two years ago. I initially took it very seriously and did everything I could to turn it around and I got my levels down and manageable. With impending stress with the wife and work I slowly fell back into the abyss eating crap. By this past Christmas I felt as bad as I ever have. Everything ached, couldn't get out of bed in the morning, no energy no nothing. My health and quality of life was pure crap.
Now I'm back on my diabetic diet and can't remember when I felt better. In two weeks, I have eliminated all sweets, no candy, donuts or anything like that. I have eliminated all pasta, white bread and white rice.
My energy level went through the roof, folks. When you get rid of the sugar and carbs that convert to sugar in the bloodstream, your body manufactures it's own energy. I am alert, in a better mood and just feel great overall. I'm also down twelve pounds just by doing this.
I'm not going to pretend it's easy to do the above, it sucks actually. But, if you discipline yourself for a week, you will feel the difference...big time. It's such a cliche, but seriously, if my fat *** can do this anybody on Earth can too.
Sorry to take up board space with this. I cannot stress how much better I feel. I'll be showing up to MegoMeet considerably smaller, but still devilishly handsome.
