You might be surprised to hear what people in prison will do to get high.
one of the more popular choices- Guy gets his daily methadone, eats cotton balls, pukes it up, sells to another inmate-$20 minimum.
Now that cigs are banned, inmates get the nicotine patch, soak it in a bowl/mug on their radiators, take the lettuce from their sandwiches, soak, dry, smoke, get sick.
they can make prison hooch outta beans and chewed up bread.

When I was in college and in a fraternity we found out that a "brother" snuck hash oil into the country by placing it in a condom and swalling it.
