Top 5 LEAST favorite Chirstmas songs

We all have 'em... those festive tunes that make you want to rip the ears from the side of your head. Here's mine...

    1. All I want for Christmas is you - Vince Vance and the Valiants

    2. Those damn barking dogs...

    3. The equally horrid meowing cats.

    4. Alan Jackson's version of Holly Jolly Christmas

    5. Mannheim Steamrollers first Christmas album... At first it was great but then it slowly began grinding away at my sanity. Probably because it has been so overplayed.

    Now what's yours?

I vote for the Christmas Shoes too. Sappy crapola!
Also pretty much any "country-fied" version of a classic song, such as by Alan Jackson, Clint Black, or Garth Brooks.

I KNEW this song'll get mentioned several times..

It's funny, 'Wonderful Christmastime' has earned McCartney more than any other song he's ever done. I read a WSJ article last year that he rakes in several million each year for this song alone, based on holiday sales. People hate it, and he's laughin' all the way to the bank everytime it's played. You gotta hand it to him.

My wife HATES it, but I have to play it because I'm a huge Wings nut (......"wingnut..??"). The single version's nice, but I LOVE the live version with Lawrence Juber's awesome jazz guitar ('Last Flight' bootleg).
                  Peace.. Through Superior Firepower.

Wonderful Christmas Time. Hate that song. HATE IT!!! There are other Christmas songs that are just as bad but they are not played to death to the unmerciful level of Wonderful Christmas Time.

Arrggghhh! It's now starting to run through my head. MAKE IT STOP!!!!!!
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I said it before and i'll say it again, i'd much rather listen to Wonderful ChristmasTime than Happy Christmas War is Over.

Happy Christmas is soooo annoying (I think because Yoko's voice is outstanding in the chorus)

I can really only think of one that I just can't stand: Santa Baby. Sorry Eartha Kitt (RIP), but this song makes it sound like she's seducing Santa for presents. That is just WRONG on so many levels.
"Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."

Wonderful Christmastime is the most overplayed song this season...2nd would be Elton John's "Step Into Christmas"...

4]little drumer boy by Bing and Bowie
